At Vinyltek, our commitment to the environment goes beyond energy efficient windows. From the way we manufacture our products, to the way we run our business, we're committed to doing our part for a greener future.
We manufacture our vinyl windows and doors locally on Annacis Island, not far from Vancouver, eliminating the need to ship from overseas and reducing our carbon footprint. Vinyl windows also have a smaller carbon footprint than other window products, such as wood and aluminum.
We build high quality vinyl window products backed with a lifetime warranty, reducing or eliminating the need for replacement and reducing the burden on landfills. We also advocate recycling programs and have onsite waste reduction programs.
We take an active role in projects that are redefining the limits of energy efficiency: we helped build Washington's first Zero Energy Home and have been involved in several Ultra High Efficiency Home projects. Vinyltek has also been approved for inclusion on the Built Green Canada List.
At Vinyltek, sustainability is more than a buzzword. We build sustainability into all aspects of our business. To learn more, contact us.
Vinyltek products are tested to meet or exceed the Canadian Standard Association (CSA) A440 standards, as well as the American Architectural Manufacturer Association (AAMA), the National Fenestration Ratings Council (NFRC), and Energy Star® standards.
